The background of the sheet doesn't matter. Purple, white, black, yellow, whatever. Just be sure to not use this color in your character.

That's a lot of work for a sprite

What game did these come from? I don't think I could make sprites out of these @.@

These are just from sonic advance, same as we used before, (same colors too). The amount of sprites is just more than before.

I think it would be worth it to have some fan characters in there

Is there a Shadow one?It'd be much easier for me because he looks more like Shadow then Sonic...

I made these Shadow sprites before I went to sleep.

This Shadow sprite is a submission for a fan character called DarkLight.
Or you could use him as the dark form of Shadow:
